              PLC:Maximum, medium, minimum water level switch signal of master vat, sub-vat and dyestuff vat, main pump failure signal, fabric blockage signal are connecting to PLC by communication interface.

 

Output signal:HG8918: 8-channel 4-20mA analog output, current output for controlling main pump frequency conversion, proportional temperature rise/drop valve and proportional feeding valve

                HG8928: 16-channel 4-20mA analog output, current output for controlling main pump frequency conversion, proportional temperature rise/drop valve and proportional feeding valve

               PLC:Switch output connects to PLC by communication interface which achieve water intake, water draining, main pump, temperature rise or drop, overflow, washing, warning and other functions.

 

Process query:It can record hundreds of processing curves, callings and 24 hours running process.

 

Parameters setting:Parameters setting for water intake, water draining, temperature and fabric speed control.

 

Define:All of inputs and outputs of switches and analogs can be defined.
